What Does "Married Couple" Mean at Xyngular?
At Xyngular, we honor that families are created in many ways. For policy purposes, "married couple" or "spouses" includes:
- Legally married partners
- Domestic partners
- Civil unions or registered partnerships
- Common-law couples
- Couples living together in a committed, long-term relationship
If you're building a life together, Xyngular sees you as building your business together too.
Account Guidelines for Spouses
To keep your partnership fair and protected:
- Married couples may share one Independent Partnership or Customer account
- A spouse cannot hold a separate Customer account if the other is a Partner
- Married couples may not hold two separate Partner accounts
- Married couples may not participate — directly or indirectly — in any additional Partner or Customer accounts
⚠️ If the Company finds that you have an unpermitted interest in multiple accounts, it reserves the right to terminate one or more accounts without advance notice.
? Exception — XMD Wellness: A spouse or individual residing in the same household may maintain a separate account exclusively for XMD Wellness prescription or medically related purchases. This account may not be used to purchase or promote regular Xyngular products — doing so would constitute a violation of the Multiple Accounts policy.
What If We Married After Enrolling Separately?
Partners who marry after enrolling may maintain separate Independent Partnerships — unless one is the direct Sponsor of the other. In that case, the partnerships may be consolidated at the sole discretion of Xyngular.

How do I transfer account ownership to my spouse?
We'll help you complete a short set of legal documents to protect your business and identity. Contact us at compliance@xyngular.com or refer to the Account Information Changes guide in your XBO for details.
How do I add my spouse to my current account? What can they do once added?
Email compliance@xyngular.com and we'll send you a simple amendment form. Once processed, your spouse can place orders, update account information, and help manage the business — truly partnering with you.
What if we both accidentally created separate accounts?
No worries — it happens. The original account stays active and the newer duplicate account will be closed to ensure proper ownership. Your spouse can then be added to the original account to stay fully involved.
How do I find out if we have two accounts?
Reach out to our Member Service team — they'll check the system and guide you from there.
We want a new sponsor. Can we start fresh with a new account?
To protect every Partner's business and prevent disruption, our policy requires a minimum of 6 months of inactivity or 6 months after termination before partnering under a new sponsor.
⚠️ Cross-line recruiting is strictly prohibited. Enrolling or attempting to enroll an individual who already has an active Customer or Partner account — or who has had one within the past 6 months — under a different line of sponsorship is a violation of Xyngular's Policies & Procedures.
