W-9 FAQS

Q. What do I do if I’ve been sent a W-9 Form?

A. If you have been contacted by our Member Service department, requesting you fill out a W-9 form, there is some information on your Xyngular account that does not match with what the IRS has on file. 

 

To resolve this issue and remain compliant, we will have to put your current commissions on pause. 


You will be sent a blank W-9 form via email. Once your W-9 form is filled out, you can email it to our Compliance department at compliance@xyngular.com. They will then correct the information on your account to ensure it is consistent with what the IRS has on file for you.

 

After that is all complete, your commissions hold will be removed! 

 

Q. What do I do if I need a W-9 Form?

A. If you have changed your tax information/ID, changed your name, or need to make any corrections, you can contact our Compliance department at compliance@xyngular.com and request a blank W-9 form. 

 

Once your W-9 form is filled out, email it back to our Compliance department, and they will make the needed corrections.
