Summary: Received a W-9 request or need to update your tax information? Here's what you need to know to get it resolved quickly and keep your commissions flowing.


I received a W-9 request — what does that mean?

If our Member Service team has reached out requesting a W-9 form, it means some information on your Xyngular account doesn't match what the IRS has on file. To keep your account compliant, your commissions will be placed on hold temporarily while we sort it out.

Here's what to do:

  1. Watch for a blank W-9 form in your email
  2. Fill it out completely
  3. Email the completed form to compliance@xyngular.com

Once Compliance receives and processes your form, your account will be updated to match IRS records and your commissions hold will be removed.


I need to update my tax information — how do I get a W-9 form? 

If you've changed your tax information, updated your name, or need to make any corrections, email our Compliance team at compliance@xyngular.com to request a blank W-9 form. Once completed, email it back and they'll take care of the rest.
