To update your subscription online, go through the steps that follow.
Step 1: Log into your Xyngular Back Office (XBO) account and click on the User Icon in the top right corner of the page.
Step 2: From the drop-down menu, click on “Subscriptions.” This will take you to the Subscription homepage.
Step 3: Click on "Edit" to update the products in your monthly Subscription.
Step 4: To change the Products, you will need to add the products you want first, then you can remove any products you do not want. To add products to the Subscription template, click on “Add More Items.” To add the product to the Subscription, click on the “Add to Subscription” button.
Step 5: When you have all the products added to the Subscription, click on the “Checkout” button.
**If you would like to remove a product from the Subscription template, you can click on the trash can icon to delete it.
Step 6: Shipping will default to Standard Shipping (4-7 business days). If you would like to update the shipping timeframe, click on the “Edit” button to select Expedited (3-4 business days) or Express (2-3 business days) and click “Save”.
Step 7: Payment will default to the credit/debit card on file. If you would like to change the card used for the Subscription, click on “Edit.” Click on “New Card” and enter in your card information. Once the card has been updated, click “Save.”
** Frequency for Subscriptions is Monthly.
Step 8: If you would like to change the date your Subscription processes, click on “Edit” under the Monthly Run Date section. Click the date you would like the Subscription to process, it will update on the Monthly Run Date date field. If everything looks good, click the “Save” button.
**Subscriptions can be scheduled to process between the 1st and 25th of the month.
Step 9: To save updates made to the Subscription, click one of the two "Save Subscription" buttons. See example below
