UPDATE SUBSCRIPTION (PARTNER)

To update your subscription online, go through the steps that follow. 

 

Step 1: Click on the Menu bars in the top left corner of the page.

Step 2:  From the drop-down menu, click on “Manage Subscription.” This will take you to the Subscription homepage. As a Partner, you will have two Subscriptions on the account. The Monthly Subscription is your product Subscription. You can update products, processing date, credit/debit card for the Subscription, postpone or cancel the Subscription. The Yearly Subscription is your Annual Partner Fee.


Step 3: Click on the Pencil icon for your monthly product Subscription.


Step 4: To change the Products, you will need to add the products you want first, then you can remove any products you do not want. To add products to the Subscription template, click on “Add More Items.” To add the product to the Subscription, click on the “Add to Subscription” button.


Step 5: When you have all the products added to the Subscription, click on the “Checkout” button.

**If you would like to remove a product from the Subscription template, you can click on the trash can icon to delete it. 

Step 6: When you have all the products added to the Subscription, click on the “Checkout” button.

Step 7: Shipping will default to Standard Shipping (4-7 business days). If you would like to update the shipping timeframe, click on the “Edit” button to select Expedited (3-4 business days) or Express (2-3 business days) and click “Save”.

Step 8: Payment will default to the credit/debit card on file. If you would like to change the card used for the Subscription, click on “Edit.” Click on “New Card” and enter in your card information. Once the card has been updated, click “Save.”

Step 9: Once you have updated the Subscription, click the “Save Auto Order” and you are set!
