Your Xyngular Back Office (XBO) is your personal hub for ordering the products that power your progress. Whether you're a new Customer or a seasoned Partner, placing a standard order is quick and straightforward—just follow these steps to get everything you need, right from your online account.

Partners: Login to your Xyngular Back Office. From the menu in the top left corner, select “Create New Order."
Step 1: Add Products to Your Bag.
After logging into your account, Add Products to Your Bag. Note: You can browse by kits or individual products.
Click “Add to Bag” to include a product in your order.
If a product has flavor options, click “See Buying Options” to choose your flavor, then add it to your bag.

Step 2: Review Your Bag
Click the shopping bag icon in the top right, then hit “Checkout.”
Here you can:
Adjust product quantities
View product PV (for Partners)
Remove items if needed
Move forward when you're ready
Step 3: Discount Codes
- Add any Discounts to the order
- $10 off promo code
- Any monthly promotional deals - if promo code is required
- Enter the Promo Code and click "Apply"
Step 4: Enter Shipping Information
In the Shipping Details section:
Click "Edit" to update your shipping address, if needed.
Select "Add New Address, if you need to change the address on the order.
To save the new address to your account, check the "Save Address" box and indicate if it is your main address, mailing address, or other.
Make sure to include your email and mobile number
Click “Continue” to update shipping rates and taxes
Step 5: Choose Your Shipping Method
Your order defaults to Standard Shipping (4–7 business days).
To upgrade, click “Edit” and select:
Expedited (3–4 business days)
Express (2–3 business days)
Click “Continue” to confirm your selection.
Step 6: Add or Confirm Payment
The last four digits of your saved card will be visible.
Want to use a different card?
Click “Edit”, then “Add New Card”
To save the payment information to your account, check the box "Save new payment method."
Enter your payment details and click “Continue”

Step 7: Complete Your Order
Before placing your order, you can opt in to receive helpful text updates from Xyngular—just check the box. Then click “Complete Order.”
Your order will be processed, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your invoice.
