Placing orders in your Xyngular Back Office (XBO) is a simple process. Follow the easy steps below to get started!

** If you are a Customer, your home screen is the shopping page. If you are a Partner, you will need to go to the New Order section to process the order. Follow the steps below to get to the Shopping page. 

Step 1: Log into your Xyngular Back Office (XBO).

Step 2: Click on the menu bars located in the top left corner of the page. Then click on "Create New Order".

Step 3: You can search by Kits or Individual products. To add product to your order, click on the "Add To Bag" button. If there is a flavor option, click on "See Buying Options" and select the flavor you would like then click on "Add to Bag".


Step 4: Once you have the products you want in your shopping bag, click on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner of the page and click the "Checkout" button.

**On this page, you can adjust the quantities, see the PV of the Product (for Partners), delete items, or proceed to checkout.

Step 5: Under the Shipping Details section, add your shipping information - making sure to include your email and mobile phone number - and click on the "Save" button. 

**Once the shipping information is added to the order, taxes and shipping costs will update.

Step 6: Under Ship Methods section, the order will default to our Standard Shipping (4-7 business days). If you would like to change the shipping to either Expedited (3-4 business days) or Express (2-3 business days), click on "Edit" to select your shipping method and click "Save".

Step 7: Under the Payment section, the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card saved on file will show. If you would like to use a different card for the order, click on "Edit" and then select "Add New Card". Once you have selected your card, click on the "Save" button.

Step 8: To complete your order, click on the "Complete Order" button. Once the order has processed, you will receive and invoice for the order. 

**If you would like to receive text messages from Xyngular to help you on your weight loss journey, check the box BEFORE clicking on the "Complete Order" button.
