CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS ON ONLINE ACCOUNT (CUSTOMER)

Need to change your shipping address? It’s quick and easy to update your details so your wellness essentials always arrive right where you need them.


Note: If you have a subscription, you’ll also need to update the address in your Subscription Template.

To Update Your Account Address:


Updating Address on the Account


1. Log in to your account. Click on "Login". You will be directed to a sign-in page. Enter your email address on file and password for the account.


2. Click on the User Icon


3. Go to Account Settings from the drop-down menu.

4.  Click “Edit” next to your current address. Update your address or choose “Add New Address” Click “Save Changes.”



Updating Address on a Subscription



1. Log in to your account. Click on "Login". You will be directed to a sign-in page. Enter your email address on file and password for the account. 





2. Click on the User Icon.


3. From the drop-down menu, click Subscriptions.


4. Click on “Edit.” To go to the Subscription template.


5. Click “Edit” in the Shipping Details section.


6. To update an existing address, click “Add New Address.” Enter the details and click “Continue.”


7. Click “Save Subscription”
