CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS ON XBO (PARTNER)

Changing your address on your XBO account is a very easy process. Follow the steps below to see how to get that done! 


** If you have a Subscription, you will also need to update the address on the Subscription template as well.


 

Updating Address on Account:


Step 1: Log into your Xyngular Back Office (XBO)

Step 2: Click on the user icon menu in the top right corner of the page and click on "Settings".

Step 3: Scroll down to the Contact Information section. Under the Addresses section, click "Edit".

Step 4: From here, you can update the Primary, Mailing, "Other" shipping address on file. Click on the address you would like to update, enter the correct information, then click on the "Save" button.







Updating Address on Subscription:


Step 1: Log into your Xyngular Back Office (XBO)

Step 2: Click on the menu bars in the top left corner of the screen and click on "Manage Subscription".


Step 3: Click on the pencil icon to edit the Subscription template.


Step 4: Under the Shipping details section, click "Edit".

Step 5: From here, you can select an address saved on the account or you can add a new address by selecting "Add New Address. Once you have entered the correct address, click on the "Save" button.
