CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS ON XBO (PARTNER)

Need to change your shipping address? It’s quick and easy to update your details so your wellness essentials always arrive right where you need them.

Note: If you have a subscription, you’ll also need to update the address in your Subscription Template.

 

Updating Address on the Account


1. Log in to your account. Click on "Login". You will be directed to a sign-in page. Enter your email address on file and password for the account.

2. Click on the User Icon. From the drop-down menu, click “Settings”.

3. Click “Edit” in the Contact Information section.

4. Select the address you are updating: Primary, Mailing, Other. Once you have updated your information, click “Continue.”


Updating the address on Subscription


1. Log in to your account. Click on "Login". You will be directed to a sign-in page. Enter your email address on file and password for the account.

 

2. Click on the menu bars in the top left corner of the page and click on Manage Subscriptions.

 

3. To update the shipping address on the Subscription template, click “Edit."

 

4. Click on “Edit” in the Shipping Details Section.

 

5. Select “Add New Address.”  Enter your updated address, click “Continue.”

** If you would like to save the address to the Subscription Template for future Subscription orders, check the box “Save new address” and select if this updated address is the Main Address, Mailing Address, or Other. (See box below in red.)


6. To save the changes made to the Subscription template, click on “Save Subscription.”
