Placing an Order in XBO — Partners

Summary: Your Xyngular Back Office is your personal hub for getting the products that power your progress. Here's how to place a standard order in just a few steps.


How to Place an Order

Step 1 — Add products to your bag

Log into your Xyngular Back Office (XBO). From the menu in the top left corner, select Create New Order and start browsing — by kits or individual products.

  • Click Add to Bag to add a product
  • If a product has flavor options, click See Buying Options to choose your flavor first, then add it to your bag

Step 2 — Review your bag

Click the shopping bag icon in the top right corner and hit Checkout. From here you can:

  • Adjust product quantities
  • View PV totals
  • Remove items if needed

Step 3 — Apply discount codes

Have a promo code? Enter it here and click Apply.

  • Share10 Code — $10 off for new enrollments
  • Monthly promotions — apply any active promo codes here

? Adding multiple codes? Apply each one separately.


Step 4 — Enter shipping information

In the Shipping Details section:

  • Click Edit to update your shipping address if needed
  • Select Add New Address to use a different address for this order
  • Check Save Address to store it on your account — select whether it's your Main, Mailing, or Other address
  • Make sure your email and mobile number are included
  • Click Continue to update shipping rates and taxes

Step 5 — Choose your shipping method

Your order defaults to Standard Shipping (4–7 business days). To upgrade, click Edit and select:

  • Expedited — 3–4 business days
  • Express — 2–3 business days

Click Continue to confirm your selection.


Step 6 — Add or confirm payment

Your saved card's last four digits will be visible. Need to use a different card?

  • Click Edit then Add New Card
  • Check Save New Payment Method to store it for future orders

Step 7 — Complete your order

Want text updates on your order? Check the opt-in box. Then click Complete Order. You'll receive a confirmation email with your invoice shortly after.
