Updating Your Shipping Address — Customers

Summary: Moving or just need to update your details? Here's how to make sure your wellness essentials always land in the right place.

⚠️ Have a subscription? You'll need to update your address in two places — your account and your Subscription Template. Both are covered below.

Updating Your Account Address

1. Log into your account by clicking Login and entering your email address and password
2. Click the User Icon
3. Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu
4. Click Edit next to your current address
5. Update your address or click Add New Address to enter new details
6. Click Save Changes
7. Once saved, a pop-up will confirm your changes and include a link to update your subscription

Updating Your Subscription Address

1. Log into your account by clicking Login and entering your email address and password
2. Click the User Icon
3. Select Subscriptions from the drop-down menu
4. Click Edit to open your Subscription Template
5. Click Edit in the Shipping Details section
6. Click Add New Address, enter your new details, and click Continue
7. Click Save Subscription
8. Once saved, a pop-up will confirm your changes and include a link to update your subscription
