Why You Need a Xyngular Subscription & How to Set One Up

A Xyngular Subscription takes the hassle out of getting healthy. Get monthly, fully customizable boxes delivered right to your door. Choose from our hand-picked subscription bundles or select your favorite products—all while earning Rewards points every month toward FREE products (click here

Q. How do I set up a Subscription for the first time? 

A. Subscribing is easy. Follow these simple steps and watch the video to start earning perks today. You can also call our Member Service department here and our agents would be happy to help you get your Subscription set up.

 

 

Step 1: Begin by signing into your Xyngular Back Office.

Step 2: Select "My Account" on the top right of the page.

Step 3: Click on "Manage Subscription."

Step 4: Then click on "Add New Subscription."

Step 5: This will take you to the "SHOP" page where you can customize your order with your favorite products. You will see a banner at the top of the page stating, "You are now managing a new Subscription." 

Step 6: Select your favorite Xyngular products, systems, or bundles and click "ADD TO CART."

Step 7: Once you have everything you want, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner.

Step 8: This page will confirm everything that you have selected to put on your Subscription. Once you have confirmed everything is correct, select “Proceed to Payment Page.”

Step 9: On this page, you can review the items on your Subscription, update your shipping address, change your payment information, and set the day you want your Subscription to run every month. 

Step 10: To set the day your Subscription will run, click the "edit" button next to the "My Subscription Next Processing Date," and it will pull up a calendar. From here you have three options, you can set your Subscription to start in the month you are in, the next month, or the month after, and which day you want it to run on. Once you have that figured out, click "Submit." 

*Remember this is the day/month you want your Subscription to start running and which day it will process every month after that. *

Step 11: Once you have finished, push the "Save Changes" button and you're ready to go with your new Subscription! 

  

Q. When can I have a Subscription run?

A. A Subscription can run any day between the 1st and 25th of every month.  

 

Q. What is the benefit of having a Subscription?

A. Simplify- Get Xyngular products delivered right to your door- so you can focus on your goals. 

 

You are in control- With a Subscription, you can customize everything from the delivery date to the order total- and it is free to change, pause or cancel anytime.

Q. Can I pause my Subscription, and how would I do that?

A. Yes, you can pause your Subscription for 1-3 months. Watch the video below and follow the steps to see how to pause your Subscription through your XBO account. Feel free to also call our Member Service department here and our agents can help you pause your Subscription. 


Step 1: Sign-in to Xyngular Back Office here.

Step 2: Click on "My Account" and then click on "Manage Subscription."

Step 3: Click on the "CHANGE" option, which is located to the left of your order number.

Step 4: This will take you to your "Manage Subscription" page. From here click the "Edit" button next to "Next processing date." 

Step 5: On the calendar, you can move the day your Subscription will process, move it to run the next month, or the month after. 

Step 6: When you are done, click "Submit." 

Step 7: Don't forget to scroll down and click "Save Changes" once you get back to the "Manage Subscription" page. 

 

Q. How do I change the products on my Subscription?

A. Making adjustments to the products in your Xyngular Subscription is easy. Check out the step-by-step video and instructions here or call our Member Service department here


Step 1: Sign-in to Xyngular Back Office here.

Step 2: Click on "My Account" and then click on "Manage Subscription."

Step 3: Click on the "CHANGE" option, which is located to the left of your order number. 

Step 4: This will take you to your "Manage Subscription" page. Click on the "Edit Subscription" button at the bottom of the page.

Step 5: You'll see a button on the left side of the screen with "Continue Shopping for Subscription", click here.

 **When changing products in your Subscription, we would advise adding all the products you want first, then go through and remove any products you do not want. If you empty the cart and try to add products, the system will not save the changes and will revert to the previously saved Subscription template **

Step 6: You'll be taken to the "SHOP" page where you can select products, systems and bundles, and accessories. 

Step 7: Select the products you want by clicking "ADD TO CART." Once you have added all the products you want, click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the page and select "View Cart." 

Step 8: From here you can delete items in your cart by selecting the "x" icon on the right side of the selected item. Verify the products and quantity are correct and click the "Proceed to Payment Page" button.

Step 9: Don't forget to scroll down and click "Save Changes" once you get back to the Manage Subscription page. 

Step 10: You'll see a banner on the next page with "Your Subscription Order #XXXXXX Has Been Saved!" You are now all set with your updated products!


Q. Can I have multiple Subscriptions run in the same month?

A. Yes, you do have the option to set up multiple Subscriptions that can run in the same month.  

 

Q. Will I earn rewards points on multiple Subscription orders in the same month?

A. If you do have multiple Subscriptions set up to run in the same month, you will only receive rewards points for one Subscription, and it will be the one that has a higher total dollar value. 

 

Q. Will I get a reminder before my Subscription runs?

A. Yes! You will receive an email five (5) days before your Subscription runs that will have all the details of your order, the products on the Subscription, when it is running, and the order total. If you need to make any changes to your Subscription, this is a great time to do that! 

 

Q. I have a $100 product credit from purchasing the Ultimate System. How do I know it will be applied to my Subscription order?

A. If you have a $100 product credit from the Ultimate System on your account and your Subscription meets all the qualifications to use the product credit, it will be automatically applied to your Subscription on the day that it is processed. Q. Will the annual membership renewal fee automatically be added to my Subscription?

A. Yes, if you have an active Subscription with us, your annual renewal fee will be automatically added to your Subscription on the month of your renewal.
