UPDATE SUBSCRIPTION

To update your subscription online, go through the steps that follow. 


Please keep in mind that the banner in the picture below, "Your Autoship Order #XXX Has Been Saved!" will show up if you have updated your subscription successfully. If you don't see this banner, go back through the steps or you can call our Member Service department here and they can help you get it updated. 


Step 1: Sign-in to Xyngular Back Office here.
Step 2: Click on "My Account" and then click on "Manage Subscription."

Step 3: Click on "CHANGE," which is located next to the "Order#". 


On this page, there are multiple options for changes that you can make. See the steps below on how to make those changes. 


Shipping information: 

Step 1: Click "Change shipping information."

Step 2: Here, you can edit or delete existing shipping addresses, or add a new address.

Step 3: Click "Apply Changes" once you are done. 

Step 4: This will automatically apply the changes and take you back to the main Manage Subscription page. There you will see a banner at the top of the page that indicates the changes have been saved.  


Ship Date:

Step 1: Click the "Edit" button next to "Ship Date- XX/XX/XXXX." 

Step 2: A calendar will pop up and there you can select the next date (within 3 months) you would like your subscription order to process on. 

Step 3: When you are done, click "Submit." 

Step 4: This will automatically apply the changes and take you back to the main Manage Subscription page. There you will see a banner at the top of the page that indicates the changes have been saved. 


**The Subscription can be set to process any time between the 1st and 25th of each month.**


Payment Information: 

Step 1: Click "Change payment information." 

Step 2: If you already have multiple cards on file, you can switch to one of those on this page, but you will need to enter the CVV Code and click "Use."

Step 3: This will automatically apply the changes and take you back to the main Manage Subscription page. There you will see a banner at the top of the page that indicates the changes have been saved. 

Step 4: If you need to edit or delete the information on a card, click "Manage Cards" and update any information. When you are finished, click "Done." 

Step 5: This will take you back to the "Payment Information" page where you will select the card you want to use, enter the CVV Code, and click "Use." 

Step 6: This will automatically apply the changes and take you back to the main Manage Subscription page. There you will see a banner at the top of the page that indicates the changes have been saved. 


Cancelling:

Step 1: Click "Cancel all subscription orders." 

Step 2: A box will pop up asking, "Are you sure you wish to cancel this and all future Autoship Subscriptions?" Click either "YES" or "NO."

Step3: This will automatically apply the changes and take you back to the main Manage Subscription page. There you will see a banner at the top of the page that indicates the changes have been saved. 


Change Products:
Step 1: Click "Edit Order" at the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Here you will see a complete list of everything on your order, you can also change the "Quantity" of the products or press the "x" to take products off. 

**When changing products in your Subscription, we would advise adding all of the products you want first, then go through and remove any products you do not want. If you empty the cart and try to add products, the system will not save the changes and will revert to the previously saved subscription template.**

Step 3: To add more products click "Continue Shopping for a Subscription."
Step 4: To add products, click the shopping cart on the product that you want and click "Add to Cart." Once you have added all the products you want, click on the cart icon at the top of the page. See pictures below for reference.

Step 5: Verify the products and quantities are correct and click the "Apply Changes" button. 

Step 6: This will automatically apply the changes and take you back to the main Manage Subscription page. There you will see a banner at the top of the page that indicates the changes have been saved.
