To update your subscription online, go through the steps that follow. 

Please keep in mind that the banner in the picture below, "Your Autoship Order #XXX Has Been Saved!" will show up if you have updated your subscription successfully. If you don't see this banner, go back through the steps or you can call our Member Service department here and they can help you get it updated. 

Step 1: Sign-in to your Xyngular Back Office here.
Step 2: Click on "My Account" and then click on "Manage Subscription."

Step 3: Click on "CHANGE," which is located next to the "Order#". 

On your "Manage Subscription" page, there are multiple options for changes that you can make. You can change shipping information, payment information, cancel your subscription, edit the products on your order, or change the day your subscription runs. 

Make note, if you are changing the date your order processes, this is done by clicking the "Edit" button next to "Next Processing Date- XX/XX/XXXX." A calendar will pop up and there you can select the next date (within 3 months) you would like your subscription order to process. Once submitted, this will automatically apply the changes and take you back to the main Manage Subscription page. There you will see a banner at the top of the page that indicates the changes have been saved. 

**The Subscription can be set to process any time between the 1st and 25th of each month.**
