That’s why our policies are designed to support couples in growing together with clarity, fairness, and protection for the business you’re building as a team.


What Does “Married Couple” Mean at Xyngular?

We understand and honor that families are created in many ways. For Xyngular, a “married couple” or “spouses” includes:

  • Legally married partners
  • Domestic partners
  • Civil unions or registered partnerships
  • Common-law couples
  • Couples living together in a committed, long-term relationship

If you’re building a life together, Xyngular sees you as building your business together, too.


Account Guidelines for Spouses

To keep your partnership fair and secure:

  • Married couples may share one Independent Partnership or Customer account
  • A spouse cannot hold a separate Customer account if the other is a Partner
  • Married couples may not have two Partner accounts
  • Married couples may not participate—directly or indirectly—in any additional Partner or Customer accounts

This protects you from conflicting ownership, duplication, and business disruption.

Frequently Asked Questions


Q: My name is currently listed as the account owner. How do I transfer ownership to my spouse?
We’ll help you complete a short set of legal documents to protect your business and identity. For details, see the “Account Information Changes” guide in your XBO or contact us at compliance@xyngular.com.

 

Q: How do I add my spouse to my current account? What can they do once added?
Email compliance@xyngular.com. We’ll send you a simple amendment form. Once processed, your spouse can place orders, update account information, and help manage the business—truly partnering with you.

 

Q: What if both of us accidentally created accounts?
 No worries! It happens. We keep the original account active and close the newer, duplicate account to ensure proper ownership. Your spouse can then be added to the original account to remain fully involved.

 

Q: How do I find out if we have two accounts?
 Just reach out to our Member Service team—they’ll check the system and guide you from there.


Q: We want a new sponsor. Can we start fresh with a new account?
 To keep every Partner’s business secure and prevent constant restarts, our policy requires:

Six months of inactivity or six months after termination before partnering with a new sponsor.
