How to Update Your Subscription
Step 1 — Log into your account
Log into your Xyngular online account and click the User Icon in the top right corner.
Step 2 — Go to Subscriptions
Select Subscriptions from the drop-down menu. This takes you to your Subscription homepage.
Step 3 — Click Edit
Click Edit on your monthly subscription to open the template.
Step 4 — Update your products
To add products, click Add More Items and then click Add to Subscription on any product you'd like to include.
⚠️ Always add new products before removing old ones to avoid losing items from your template.
To remove a product, click the trash can icon next to it.
Step 5 — Proceed to checkout
Once your products are updated, click Checkout.
Step 6 — Update shipping (optional)
Shipping defaults to Standard Shipping (4–7 business days). To upgrade, click Edit and select:
- Expedited — 3–4 business days
- Express — 2–3 business days
Click Save to confirm.
Step 7 — Update payment (optional)
Your subscription defaults to the card on file. To use a different card, click Edit, then New Card, enter your card details, and click Save.
? Subscriptions are processed on a monthly frequency.
Step 8 — Update your processing date (optional)
Want to change the date your subscription processes each month? Click Edit under the Monthly Run Date section, select your preferred date, and click Save.
⚠️ Subscriptions can be scheduled to process between the 1st and 25th of the month.
Step 9 — Save your subscription
Once everything looks good, click Save Subscription. You're all set!
