How to Update Your Subscription

Step 1 — Open the menu

Click the Menu icon in the top left corner of your XBO.


Step 2 — Go to Manage Subscription

Select Manage Subscription from the drop-down menu. This takes you to your Subscription homepage where you'll see two subscriptions:

  • Monthly Subscription — your product subscription. From here you can update products, processing date, payment method, or postpone and cancel.
  • Yearly Subscription — your Annual Partner Fee.

Step 3 — Click Edit

Click Edit on your monthly product subscription to open the template.


Step 4 — Update your products

To add products, click Add More Items and then click Add to Subscription on any product you'd like to include.

⚠️ Always add new products before removing old ones to avoid losing items from your template.

To remove a product, click the trash can icon next to it.


Step 5 — Proceed to checkout

Once your products are updated, click Checkout.


Step 6 — Update shipping (optional)

Shipping defaults to Standard Shipping (4–7 business days). To upgrade, click Edit and select:

  • Expedited — 3–4 business days
  • Express — 2–3 business days

Click Save to confirm.


Step 7 — Update payment (optional)

Your subscription defaults to the card on file. To use a different card, click Edit, then New Card, enter your card details, and click Save.


Step 8 — Save your subscription

Once everything looks good, click Save Subscription. You're all set!
