HOW TO EARN AND REDEEM REWARDS POINTS

Earning Reward Points: 


The Xyngular Rewards program is one of the many benefits of a Xyngular subscription. The longer you participate, the more points you can earn! Find out below how you can immediately begin earning points toward FREE Xyngular products. 


Here are the benefits of setting up a subscription and earning rewards points

  • 10% back in Rewards points on your monthly subscription orders. Better yet, we round up to the net whole number.
  • The 10% is based on the total amount (in dollars) of the subscription order. For example, if you were to have a subscription order of $125.89 run, you would earn 13 points for that order. 
  • Double Rewards points on the 4th and 7th months of consecutive subscription orders. 
  • An EXTRA 15 points as a new Xyngular Customer or Partner. 

         (Available if the first subscription order processes in the month directly following enrollment.)

Redeeming Rewards Points on a Computer: 


Watch the video or follow the steps below to see how to redeem Rewards points on a computer. 




Step 1: Log in to the Rewards Page here. These are the credentials you will use: 

Username: Xyngular ID 

Password: Same as your XBO password (for Partners) or your Online Account (for Customers).

 

Step 2: Once you are logged in, it will take you directly to the products tab and from there you can filter by single products or products in a pack. 


Step 3: To see how many Rewards points you have, look in the top right corner of the web page where you will see a box that says “Points:”. Your total amount of points will be displayed here.


Step 4: Once you have determined which products you would like to purchase with your points, click “Add To Cart” next to the product that you want. 


Step 5: The item will show up in your cart in the top right corner of the web page. 


Step 6: Once you have selected all the items you would like to purchase, click the “Checkout” button at the top right of the page. 


Step 7: With Rewards orders, you only pay for shipping/handling. Taxes will be calculated when you enter your shipping address. The next page will ask you to fill out your billing address, and shipping address, and enter your credit card information.


Step 8: Finally, once all the information looks correct, click the “Submit Order” button and your order is complete!


Redeeming Rewards Points on a Mobile:

Step 1: Log in to the Rewards app. These are the credentials you will use: 

Username: Xyngular ID 

Password: Same as your XBO password

 

Step 2: Once you are logged in, it will take you directly to the products tab and from there you can filter by single products or products in a pack.


Step 3: To see how many Rewards points you have, click on the three lines in the top left of the screen, you will see a box that says “Points:”. Your total amount of points will be displayed here.


Step 4: Once you have determined which products you would like to purchase with your points, click “Add To Cart” next to the product that you want.


Step 5: The item will show up in your cart in the bottom right corner of the screen.


Step 6: Once you have selected all the items you would like to purchase, click the shopping cart icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. 


Step 7: Check that the product and quantity are correct and click the button “Checkout.”


Step 8: With Rewards orders, you only pay for shipping/handling. Taxes will be calculated when you enter your shipping address. The next page will ask you to fill out your billing address, and shipping address, and enter your credit card information.


Step 9: Finally, once all the information looks correct, click the “Submit Order” button and your order is complete!


 

FAQs: 


Q. Do I need to set up my Rewards account? 

A. No, this will be done automatically for you when you set up a subscription. You will be able to log in as soon as Rewards points are added to your account for the first time, which will be the month following your first subscription running. 

 

Q. Is there a minimum PV amount on the subscription order?

A. No, there is no minimum amount of PV required for subscription orders. 

 

Q. Will I earn commissions off Rewards orders in my downline?

A. No, all products purchased using Xyngular Rewards points are non-commissionable.

 

Q. Can I return or exchange products that are purchased with Rewards points?

A. No

 

Q. When will I see these points uploaded onto my account?

A. Point accruals will be added to your account for a previous month’s subscription, no later than the 6th day of the following month. 

 

Q. Can I earn unlimited Rewards points?

A. Xyngular Rewards points cannot exceed a balance of 550. All accruals of new points will cease until the balance drops below the cap of 550 points. 

 

Q. What markets are Xyngular Rewards points available in?

A. The US and Canada only.

 

Q. Can Rewards points be used as a credit on regular orders?

A. No, Rewards points can only be used on the Xyngular Rewards site.

 

Q. Do the Rewards points expire?

A. Yes. If your account goes 3 full calendar months without any orders (regular or subscription), the points will expire.


Q. Can I pay with partial Rewards points and the rest with a card?

A. No, the order can only be purchased with Rewards points. 

 

Q. Is shipping and handling covered through Rewards points?

A. No, shipping and handling will need to be paid for by the customer.

 

Q. Do Rewards orders ship in a regular time frame?

A. Yes, Rewards orders will ship in 4-7 business days.

 

Q. Can I still use my Rewards points after my subscription has been canceled?

A. Yes, even after a subscription has been canceled you can still use the Rewards points.
