Summary: Your order is on its way — here's how to follow it every step of the way.
Using Your Shipping Confirmation Email
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Click the tracking number to be taken directly to your Xyngular Back Office where you can view:
- Estimated delivery date
- Tracking details and updates
- Shipping carrier (shown by the icon next to the tracking number)
? Link not working? Copy and paste your tracking number into Google to identify the carrier, then click Track Package. From there, click View Details On to go directly to the carrier's website.
Tracking Through Your XBO Account
Can't find the email? No problem — your tracking details are always available in your Xyngular Back Office.
Step 1 — Log into your XBO account
Log into your Xyngular Back Office (XBO).
Step 2 — Go to Order History
From the menu bar in the top left corner, select Order History. Here you'll find a full summary of your orders including:
- Order Number
- Total and PV
- Order Date and Status
- Shipped Date
- Tracking Links
Step 3 — Find and click your tracking number
Locate the order you'd like to track and click the tracking number associated with it. This will open a page showing real-time tracking and estimated delivery timeframe.
Viewing Your Invoice
Want a full breakdown of your order? From the Order History page, click the Invoice Number instead of the tracking number. Your invoice includes:
- Products ordered
- Total PV
- Order total including tax and shipping
- Last 4 digits of the card used
