Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number that will look like this.
You can click on the tracking number, and that will take you to a page in your Xyngular Back Office that will give you more information, like the estimated delivery date and tracking details. You can also see what carrier the package will be shipped through based on the icon next to the tracking number.
If the link is not working, you can copy and paste the tracking number into Google, and it will tell you which carrier the package is going through. Next, click on the Track package button.
From here, you can push on the "View details on" and it will take you directly to the website of the carrier.
If you happen to lose that email, you can also find the tracking information in your Xyngular Back Office account. Here are the steps to find those orders and their tracking numbers.
Step 1: The first thing you need to do is log in to your Xyngular Back Office account.
Step 2: Select My Account at the top of the page and select Order History.
On this page, you will see all the information about your orders: their invoice numbers, the status, the tracking number, order and processing dates, shipping address, and the totals.
Step 3: Find the order that you would like to track and click on the tracking number associated with that order.
This will bring up a page that shows the tracking and estimated time frame for the delivery of that order.
You can also find your invoice and order information by going back to the Order History page and clicking on the Invoice number instead of the tracking number.
This pulls up the products from the order, the total Personal Volume (PV), the total price of the items (plus tax and shipping), and the last 4 numbers of the card used (blurred for security purposes).
