August X5 Promo (AUG 2026)

Promo Terms & Conditions

1. Promo Period:
   8/1/26at 12:00AM CT to 8/31/26at 11:59 PM CT.
2. Eligible Markets:
   • United States
   • U.S. Territories
   • Canada
   • Australia
   • NFR-Approved Markets
3. Qualification Requirements:
   • Enroll a minimum offive (5) new signups(eitherCustomers or Partners).  
   • The total cumulative New Start Volume from these signups must be at least 800 to get the $150.00 USD ($190.50 CAD) bonus.  
   • The total cumulative New Start Volume from these signups must be at least 1,200 to get the $250.00 USD ($317.50 CAD) bonus.  
   • If 2 of the 5 new signups are Partners with a minimum of 120 New Start Volume each, and the cumulative New Start Volume is greater than 800 from the 5 new signups,then you will get anextra $100.00 USD ($127 CAD)!
     • Upgrades will count towards the 2/5 Partner requirement if the Enrollment AND Upgrade occurred in the same calendar month, during the promotional period and each Partner has a minimum of 120 New Start Volume.
4. Redemption and Restrictions:
   • The qualifying Partner must be 120 PV qualified in the month of August to be eligible.  
   • All orders from a new signup in their first calendar month counts as New Start Volume.
   • Signups and PV must be recognized with an order and enrollment date, according to the XBO, within the promo period.
   • Orphan accounts that are assigned to Partners will not count as one of the five (5) required new enrollments, nor theNew Start Volumetotal for either bonus.  

5. Bonus Earnings:
   • Qualified Partners can receive up to an extra $500.00 USD ($635CAD) bonus on top of their First Order Bonuses (FOB).  
   • Bonuses will be paid out by 9/15/26. 
   • Bonuses will be paid according to Xyngular’s standard commission payout schedule.  
6. General:
   • Open to allactive Xyngular Partners.  
   • Participants must remain in good standing with Xyngular throughout the promo period.  
   • Xyngular reserves the right to audit qualifications and deny or revoke bonuses if fraud or manipulation is suspectedor cancel the promotion at any time
   • This promo does not replace or alterany existing compensation plan rules.
