Promo Terms & Conditions

1. Promo Period:
    3/1/26 (12:00 AM CT) – 3/15/26 (11:59 PM CT)

3. How to Redeem:

1. NEW Enrollments with Subscriptions of XMD Wellness Products of 12, 24 and 48 Weeks will get a free gift of Blue Raspberry Clear Protein+!
   1. Limit 1 Free gift of Blue Raspberry Clear Protein+ per qualifying enrollment. 
2. NEW Enrollments with month to month XMD Wellness Products will get a free gift of Xyng!
   1. Limit 1 free gift of Xyng per qualifying enrollment. 
3. Must be a new Enrollment to both XMD and Xyngular and the free gift is determined by the XMD Wellness Product Subscription purchase at time of Enrollment.

4. Order Requirements:
   • Only Enrollment Orders are eligible for the free gift of Blue Raspberry Clear Protein or Xyng.

• Signups and PV must be recognized with an order and enrollment date, according to the XBO, within the promo period.
  1. If the Enrollment Date is within the promo period, the PV of the XMD order will need to be posted by 3/31/26 to be eligible for the free gift. 
• Qualifying Enrollments and Orders from the prior week will have the free gift ship on the first business day of the following week. 
• A qualifying Enrollment must come first through the XMD enrollment process before creating a Xyngular account to qualify during the promo period.
  1. After the XMD and Xyngular accounts are created, the new enrollee can upgrade from Customer to Brand Partner.
4. Returns & Adjustments:
   • If any portion of the order is returned, making it ineligible for the promotion, the free gift of Blue Raspberry Clear Protein+ or Xyng must also be returned, or the retail value of the free item will be deducted from the refund. 
   • No substitutions or cash value will be provided in place of the free gift. 
5. General:
   • Enrollments and orders must be placed within the promo period to qualify—no exceptions for late orders.  
   • Xyngular reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
   • This offer is only valid while supplies last. 
   • Standard shipping rates and policies apply.
