Promo Terms & Conditions
- Promo Period:
1/1/26 at 12:00 AM CT to 1/31/26 at 11:59 PM CT. - Eligible Markets:
- United States
- U.S. Territories
- Canada
- Australia
- NFR-Approved Markets
- Qualification Requirements:
- Enroll a minimum of five (5) new signups (either Customers or Partners).
- The total cumulative New Start Volume from these signups must be at least 600 to get the $150.00 USD ($190.50 CAD) bonus.
- The total cumulative New Start Volume from these signups must be at least 1,000 to get the $250.00 USD ($317.50 CAD) bonus.
- Redemption and Restrictions:
- The qualifying Partner must have at least 120 PV in the month of January to be eligible.
- Signups and PV must be recognized with a First Order date, according to the XBO, within the promo period.
- If the First Order date is recognized the month following the enrollment date, the sign up will count for same month (for the X5 promotion only) that the First Order date is recognized.
- Credit of the Signup and New Start Volume (will be defined as the First Order on account with PV for X5) will be awarded to the sponsor at time of enrollment date.
- Orphan accounts that are assigned to Partners will not count as one of the five (5) required new enrollments, nor the New Start Volume total for either bonus.
- Bonus Earnings:
- Qualified Partners will receive an extra $150.00 USD ($190.50 CAD) OR $250.00 USD ($317.50 CAD) bonus on top of their First Order Bonuses (FOB).
- Bonuses will be paid out by 2/15/26
- Bonuses will be paid according to Xyngular’s standard commission payout schedule.
- General:
- Open to all active Xyngular Partners.
- Participants must remain in good standing with Xyngular throughout the promo period.
- Xyngular reserves the right to audit qualifications and deny or revoke bonuses if fraud or manipulation is suspected or cancel the promotion at any time
- This promo does not replace or alter any existing compensation plan rules.
