Body Pod Scale Promo

Promo Terms & Conditions

1. Promo Period:
    12/1/25 at 12:00 AM CT to 12/31/25 at 11:59 PM CT. 
2. Eligible Markets:
   • United States
   • U.S. Territories
   • Canada
   • Australia
   • NFR-Approved Markets
3. Qualification Requirements:
   • Sell 15 orders at $199 USD or $253 CAD (20 orders at $150 for EU) on your front line (Customers and Partners on your first level) during the qualification period. 
   • At least 8 of those (10 for EU) need to be from new enrollments (Customer or Partner). 
     • Existing Customer upgrades won’t count as new enrollments
   • Only front-line sales, at time of purchase or enrollment, will count toward qualification. 
   • Purchases must come from a single order and cannot be cumulative.
   • December enrollments just need to have the order of $199 US or $253 CAD ($150 for EU) in the promo period. It does not need to be at time of enrollment.
   • All 15 orders (20 for EU) need to be from different individuals. Ex: one person on your frontline purchases two orders of $300. This would only qualify as one.  
4. Redemption and Restrictions:
   • The qualifying Partner must have at least 120 PV in the month of December to be eligible.  
   • Signups and PV must be within the promo period.
   • Spend threshold is determined before discounts are applied. 
   • Purchases must come from a single order and cannot be cumulative.
   • Orphan accounts that are assigned to Partners will not count as one of the 8 (10 for EU) required new enrollments, nor 15 (20 for EU) required orders.  
   • Orphan accounts enrolled prior to the promo period and is in their 2^nd (or more) month will count towards the 15 (20 for EU) required orders, but not the 8 (10 for EU) new enrollments.

5. Reward:

• Qualified Partners will receive one (1) Body Pod Scale as a reward.
• Limit: One (1) Body Pod Scale per Partner account during the promo period. 
• After the promo period closes a Xyngular Team Member will contact qualifiers to order the Body Pod Scale.

6. General:
   • Open to all active Xyngular Partners.  
   • Participants must remain in good standing with Xyngular throughout the promo period.  
   • The Qualification Requirements are determined based on the Brand Partner’s Market of residence. 
   • Xyngular reserves the right to audit qualifications and deny or revoke bonuses if fraud or manipulation is suspected or cancel the promotion at any time.
   • This promo does not replace or alter any existing compensation plan rules.  
   • Canceled, refunded, or returned orders will be deducted from qualification totals. 
   • The Body Pod Scale reward is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. 
   • The Fair Market Value of the Body Pod Scale will be added to the reportable, taxable income for 2025.
