3. Redemption and Restrictions:
o The Probiotic will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.
o Orders must include the Collagen and NAD Promotional Bundle SKU to be eligible for the free Probiotic.
o Multiple qualifying orders may be placed during the promotional period, but the free Probiotic is awarded per qualifying order, not cumulatively.
o While supplies last.
4. Eligibility:
o This promotion is available to all customers/partners in eligible markets during the promotional period.
o Enrollment orders and standard orders are eligible for the promotion.
- This Bundle is not eligible for Subscribe and Save orders.
5. Returns & Adjustments:
o If any portion of the order is returned, making it ineligible for the promotion, the free Probiotic must also be returned, or the retail value of the free item will be deducted from the refund.
o No substitutions or cash value will be provided in place of the free Probiotic.
