HOW DO I SIGN UP AS A CUSTOMER?

Customer Enrollment

Step 1: Go to the shopping site here


Step 2: Select the products you would like to order today.                                                             **During the enrollment process you can also set up your Monthly Subscription. To add product to your order, click on the teal box. To add product to your Monthly Subscription, click on the orange button. 


Step 3: Once you have added your products to your bag, click on Checkout.                            **If you added product to a Monthly Subscription, it appears separate from your enrollment order. See example below.



Step 4: To create your account, enter in your Name (Frist, Last), Email address, and create the password for your account. Click the “Continue to Checkout" button. 



Step 5: The next step is to decide which type of account you would like to create. To choose your account type, click “Select.” 
  • Customers do not pay an annual fee and are eligible to purchase products at the wholesale pricing and to earn Subscription rewards (if a Subscription is set up on the account. See Rewards Program Rules here.)
  • Partner accounts have an annual fee that provides the opportunity to earn commissions through our Compensation Plan, participate in the Passport Program, purchase the products at wholesale pricing, and earn Subscription Rewards (if a Subscription is set up on the account. See Rewards Program Rules here.)



Step 6: Next, you will need to add your Sponsor (a Sponsor is the Partner that referred you to Xyngular). You can search for your Sponsor by name, business name, and phone number.** If you do not have a sponsor, you can leave this section blank. You will be assigned to one of our Founders Club qualified Sponsors.



Step 7: Next, enter your Shipping Details: Mobile Phone Number & Address. If everything looks correct, click “Save.”



Step 8: Next, you will select the Shipping Method (shipping timeframe). ). If you would like to change the shipping timeframe, click “Edit”.  Your order will default to our Standard Shipping (4-7 business days), but you have the options for Expedited (3-4 Business Days) and Express (2-3 Business Days).                                                 ** Shipping Costs will vary. Standard Shipping is free for orders over $199 USD and $253 CAD 



Step 9: Next, enter in your Payment information and click “Save.”                                       **If you are using Klarna as a payment option, please be aware of both our Return Policies and Klarna’s Return Policies. For Xyngular’s Return Policies click here. 



Step 10: If you added products to a Monthly Subscription, you can change the date by clicking on the “Edit” button. You can also select Expedited or Express Shipping. You can also update the Shipping Method in the Subscription template in your Xyngular Back Office.                                                                                                       **Subscriptions can be set to process between the 1st and 25th of the month.



Step 11: To complete your enrollment, click on “Complete Order”.

Congratulations! You are now officially a part of Xyngular!
