How to Enroll as a Customer
Step 1 — Visit the Xyngular shop
Head to shop.xyngular.com to get started.
Step 2 — Select your products
Browse and add the products you'd like to order today.
? Want to save 10% on every order? Select Subscribe & Save when adding products to your bag. You'll get 10% off your current order and automatically set up a monthly subscription.
Step 3 — Review your bag and check out
Once your products are added, click Checkout.
? You can switch any item between Subscribe & Save and One-Time Purchase at this stage before moving forward.
Step 4 — Create your account
Enter your email address and create a password to sign up as a Customer.

Step 5 — Enter your shipping information
Enter your shipping address — shipping rates will populate automatically based on your location. Select your preferred shipping timeframe and click Continue.
Step 6 — Add payment information
Enter your payment details to complete your order.
⚠️ Klarna is not available as a payment method for Subscribe & Save orders.
Step 7 — Set up your monthly subscription
If you selected Subscribe & Save, a Monthly Subscription section will appear. Your subscription will automatically be set to process one month from your current order date.
? Want to change your next processing date? Click Edit to adjust it before finalizing your order.
Step 8 — Complete your order
Agree to the Terms & Conditions by checking the box and click Complete Order. Welcome to Xyngular — your wellness journey starts now.
