Placing orders in your Xyngular Back Office (XBO) is a simple process. Follow the easy steps below to get started!
Step 1: Log into your XBO account here.
Step 2: If you are a Member, your home screen is the shopping page. If you are a Distributor, click the “Shop” button on the top of the page.
Step 3: On the front shopping page you have 4 categories to look through, “New Product”, “Bundles and Kits”, “Products”, and “Accessories.”
Step 4: Once in the category you would like, select the product(s) you wish to purchase. You can add product to your cart two different ways. If you know what you want, you can just click the shopping cart icon next to the product. This will change your view where you can adjust the quantity and push "ADD TO CART."
Step 5: You can also click on the name of the product or the picture and this will take you to the product page where you can read more about each product and select the quantity of the item you would like and then put it in your cart by clicking the button “ADD TO CART.”
Step 6: Once you have all the items you wish to purchase in your cart, click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the page or click “View Cart.”
Step 7: On this page, you can adjust the quantities, see how much volume a product has (for Distributors), delete items, continue shopping, or proceed to checkout.
Step 8: If you click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”, make sure to check that all your shipping and payment information is correct, enter the CVV code on the back of your card, and select either of the two “Complete Purchase” options.
