HOW TO LOOK UP CLAWBACKS IN XBO

As a Xyngular Partner, when a Customer in your Downline returns a product for a refund that you already earned commissions from, the amount you earned from those product commissions is then “clawed back.” That means the amount you earned will be withheld from future commissions until it is paid back. You can read more about this policy here or by logging into your XBO account under the “Resources” tab in the Policies and Procedures section for Partners in section 3.15.

Below we will show you how to find what order has clawbacks, how much has been paid back to Xyngular so far, and the remaining amount left to be paid.

Step 1: Log into your XBO account here and click on “My Account” in the top right, then select “My Account” again from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: On the next page, on the bottom left, you will see a box titled “Account Activity,” you will need to click the “View” button to the right of “Transaction History.”

Step 3: From here you can see which order and the order number associated with it that was returned in the “Description” column. In the “Amount” column you will see the total amount from your commissions that is being clawed back. The “Balance” column is how much you have left to pay.

The remaining steps will show you where to navigate in XBO to find more details on a specific clawback.

Step 1: First go to the “Reports” section from the main XBO page.

Step 2: From there under “My Reports,” change the box from “Volumes Report” to “Commissions Summary.”

Step 3: Scroll down and select “Daily Bonus. From here you will be able to see your “Earnings”, the “Withheld Amount” which is the clawbacks, and the total “Check Amount” that you were given after the clawbacks were taken out. In this example, the Partner earned $3461.34 on 7/25 and had a clawback for $40, so their check total was $3421.34 after the clawback was taken out. The Partner also earned $532.59 on 7/27 and had a clawback for $12, so the check total was $520.59.
