Changing your Address on XBO

Changing your address on your XBO account is a very easy process. Follow the steps below to see how to get that done! 


Step 1: Log into your XBO by going here


Step 2: Click on “My Account” in the top right corner of the page, then select “My Account” again from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: From here you will click on the “Edit” button next to your “Mailing Address.”


 

 

Step 4: A pop up page will appear and on here you can go in and put your new address in. When you are done click the “Update Address” button and you are all set!

If you have a Subscription, follow the above steps to change your address in the “My Account” section AND you will also need to make sure to go into your Subscription and update your address there. Follow the steps below to see how to get that done. 


Step 1: Log into your XBO by going here.


Step 2: Click on “My Account” in the top right corner of the page, then select “Manage Subscription” from the dropdown menu. 

 

 

Step 3: Click on “Change” which is located next to the “Order #.”

 

Step 4: Click “Change shipping information” 



Step 5: On this page, you can edit a current address, delete an address, or add a new address. 


 


Step 6: Once you have completed what you need to, make sure to click “Update Address.”

Step 7: Check to see that the circle is clicked next to the main address you want your Subscription shipped to (it will turn red once it is clicked). 

 

Step 8: Click “Proceed to Checkout” and this will take you back to the “Manage Subscription page.


You are all set with your new updated address!


*Note: If you are a Distributor, you will need to call our Member Service department here to get your address changed in Hyperwallet because it doesn’t sync over from your XBO account.
