You know the feeling...it’s Friday night and you’re home watching TV when all of a sudden you HAVE to have a chili dog and fries, and maybe some ice cream too. There’s no telling when a craving might hit, but when it does, it can take over your brain until it’s satisfied. The thing is, cravings at their base level are habits, and habits can be changed. If we want to control our cravings, we must first find strategies that work for us to redirect our thoughts and break the habit.
