Your Xyngular Back Office or XBO account is where you’ll shop, manage subscriptions, and find many other resources. After you have signed up to be a part of the Xyngular family, you will need to come and complete the setup process for your XBO account. Follow the steps below to see how this is done.
Step 1: You can access your Xyngular Back Office (XBO) account by going to Xyngular.com and clicking on “Sign In” in the upper right corner or by going to www.myaccount.xyngular.com and click “Finish Account Registration.”
Step 2: On this page, enter your Xyngular ID and the email you used to sign up with. You can find this ID in your Welcome Email or by contacting our Member Service department here. Then click “Continue.”
Step 3: Enter a username and password that fits all the criteria underlined in red.
Step 4: On the bottom right of the screen, you will see a box stating, “I understand and agree with the Terms of Service.” You can click on the “Terms of Service” words to open those terms and read through them. Next, check the box and click “Continue.”
Step 5: This will take you to the welcome page where you will be instructed to log in to your account.
