There are many benefits of being a Partner with Xyngular, including the ability to earn commissions! To keep your account active and continue participating in those amazing benefits, the renewal fee must be paid once a year. Once you have passed your annual renewal date, you have two options- place an order through your Xyngular Back Office (XBO), and the renewal fee will be added to that order, or you can call our Member Service department, and an agent can help you get that processed. You can find their contact information here.
If you're a Partner with a Subscription the renewal fee will automatically be added to the next Subscription order that runs after the annual renewal date passes.
If you do not have a Subscription set up on your account, please watch the video below to see how to place an order through your XBO account to process your renewal fee.
Step 1: Go to myaccount.xyngular.com (XBO) and log in.
Step 2: Click on the “SHOP” tab at the top of the page.
Step 3: On this screen, you can make selections from new products, bundles and kits, products, and accessories.
Step 4: Select the products you want by clicking "ADD TO CART." Once you have added all the products you want, click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the page and select "View Cart."
Step 5: On this page, you can review the products you have selected, change the quantity, or remove items. Next, select “Proceed to Checkout.”
Step 6: A pop-up will appear saying, “You’re past your renewal date, so you won’t be able to checkout until you’ve added the renewal item to your cart. To do this, please click Renew Now below.”
Step 7: In the “Shopping Cart,” you will see your order summary with the Partner fee added to your cart. Make sure the shipping and payment information is correct and click “Complete Purchase.”
