We understand that at times Customers or Partners may wish to switch to a different coach or sponsor from the one they currently have. To protect the integrity of all markets and the dedicated work of our Partners, there are few circumstances where a sponsor change can take place. Please review the Policies and Procedures, which can be found for your market, by logging into your Xyngular Back Office account here. Once logged in, click the Resource tab, and you can find them in the Company section. You can also contact our Member Service department here


Our Member Service agents can let you know if you qualify for a sponsor change. If you do not qualify, you do have the option of terminating your account and waiting six (6) full calendar months. During that time, you must remain inactive (i.e., no purchases of products for resale, no sales of products, no sponsoring, no attendance at any Company functions, no participation in any other form of Partner activity, no operation of any other Xyngular business, and no income from the Xyngular business.) After six (6) months of inactivity, you can re-enroll under a new sponsor and remain within Xyngular Policies.
