Update Subscription

To update your subscription online, go through the steps that follow. 


Please keep in mind that the banner in the picture below (Your Subscription Order #XXX Has Been Saved!) will show up if you have updated your subscription successfully. If you don't see this banner, go back through the steps or you can call our Member Service department here and they can help you get it updated. 




Step 1: Sign-in to Xyngular Back Office here.
Step 2: Click on "My Account" and then click on "Manage Subscription."

Step 3: Click on "CHANGE," which is located next to the "Next Processing Date" box.

 


On this page, there are multiple options for changes that you can make. See the steps below on how to make those changes. 

Shipping information: 

Step 1: Click "Change shipping information."

Step 2: Here, you can edit or change your shipping addresses.

Step 3: Click "Proceed with check out" once you are done. 

Step 4: Don't forget to scroll down and click "Save Changes" once you get back to the Manage Subscription page.     


Ship Date:

Step 1: Click the "Edit" button next to "Next processing date." 

Step 2: From here, you can select the next date you would like your subscription order to process. 

Step 3: When you are done, click "Submit." 

Step 4: Don't forget to scroll down and click "Save Changes" once you get back to the Manage Subscription page. 


**The Subscription can be set to process any time between the 1st and 25th of the month.**


Payment Information: 

Step 1: Click "Change payment information." 

Step 2: Click "Manage Cards." 

Step 3: Here, you can "Delete" and "Edit" card information.

Step 4: Click "Done." 

Step 5: Don't forget to scroll down and click "Save Changes" once you get back to the Manage Subscription page. 


Cancelling:

Step 1: Click "Cancel Subscription." 

Step 2: Don't forget to scroll down and click "Save Changes" once you get back to the Manage Subscription page. 


Change Products:
Step 1: Click "Edit Subscription" at the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Here, you can change the "Quantity" of the products or press the "x" to take products off. 

Step 3: To add more products click "Continue Shopping for Subscription."
Step 4: To add products, click the shopping cart on the product that you want. Once you have added all the products you want, click on the cart icon at the top of the page. See pictures below for reference.

Step 5: Verify the products and quantity are correct and click the "Proceed to Payment Page" button

Step 6: Don't forget to scroll down and click "Save Changes" once you get back to the Manage Subscription page.
 

**When changing products in your Subscription, we would advise adding all of the products you want first, then go through and remove any products you do not want. If you empty the cart and try to add products, the system will not save the changes and will revert to the previously saved subscription template.**





**Once it has been changed, log out and log back in to make sure the changes were saved.**
