Hyperwallet FAQs

I'm having trouble accessing my account — what should I do? 

If you just enrolled or upgraded, allow at least 1 business day before setting up your Hyperwallet account. You'll receive an activation email from Xyngular walking you through the setup process.

If your account is already set up and you're still having trouble logging in, try the Forgot Password link first. If that doesn't resolve it, reach out to our Member Service team.


When should I contact Xyngular vs. Hyperwallet directly?

Xyngular Member Service can help with:

  • Updating your email address
  • Resending your activation link
  • Unlocking a locked account
  • Updating your date of birth
  • Updating your address

How do I check my balance? 

Log into your Hyperwallet account and your balance will appear on the home page in the top left corner under two sections:

  • Available Funds — the amount you've earned and is ready to transfer to a prepaid card, credit card, or bank account
  • Prepaid Card — the amount you've already transferred to your Hyperwallet prepaid card

You can request your prepaid card directly through Hyperwallet — it will appear on your home page after your first login. Lost your card or need a replacement? Contact Hyperwallet at 877.546.8220.


What is the difference between my prepaid card and my account balance? 

  • Your account balance is the total funds earned from Xyngular that haven't yet been transferred. Xyngular sends your commissions here first — from there, you choose where to move them.
  • Your prepaid card is a Hyperwallet card you can transfer funds onto to spend directly. Think of your account balance as your earnings hub and the prepaid card as one of your transfer destinations.

How do I transfer my available funds?

  1. Click the Transfer tab at the top of the page
  2. From here you can add bank accounts or credit cards
  3. To add a new payment method, click Add New Transaction Method at the bottom of the page
  4. Select your preferred payment method and click Continue
  5. Once added, click Action next to the card or account you want to use and select either Transfer to Account or Create Auto Transfer

⚠️ We strongly discourage using Venmo as a transfer method — funds can be easily lost. Stick to bank accounts, credit cards, or your prepaid card for secure transfers.

? You can set up an auto-transfer so every commission payment moves automatically, or transfer each payment individually — whichever works best for you.


How do I check my payment history? 

Click the History tab at the top of the page. The Description section shows all payouts from Xyngular and any transfers you've made. Click on any individual payment or transfer for a full breakdown of that transaction.
