Q. Who is Xander?
A. Xander is your text-based virtual coach! This 24/7 support tool provides resources and training for any Xyngular system to ensure your success. Right now, Xander is available in English and supports our Canadian markets.


Q. What systems does Xander support? 

A. Xander is built to support all Xyngular systems including, Trim Down Trio, Core, Ignite, and Ultimate.  


Q. How much does Xander cost?
A. Xander is free for 30 days with the purchase of any Xyngular system. You can purchase access to Xander for just $5 USD each month after. 


Q. How long does Xander last?

A. Xander lasts 30 days from the order date.

 

Q. Will Xander be able to answer questions?
A. Yes! You can text Xander any questions you have about your system or the products. Most of these questions Xander will answer, and Xyngular’s live support staff will answer some. Xander is also getting smarter all the time. As you ask Xander questions, his knowledge expands.


Q. What kind of questions can I ask Xander?
A. Xander knows almost everything about the program and the Xyngular Way of Health. If you are ever unsure about what foods to eat, when to take the products, have questions about a system, product, meal plan, recipe, or need some exercise tips, just ask. You can also check your guidebook for recommendations on what to text Xander. 


Q. Can I pause or restart my program while using Xander?
A. Yes, text Xander the word “HELP” to access live support. They can pause or reset your program as needed. Keep in mind that restarting outside of the initial 30-day period, you may have to purchase Xander access through Xyngular to continue to receive texts.


Q. Can I unsubscribe or opt-out of Xander texts if I purchased a system?
A. Yes. Text Xander “STOP” at any time to unsubscribe. 


Q. How do I change my time zone for daily reminders?
A. Xander will ask your time zone during a series of setup questions; however, if you need to change your time zone after you have already started, text 
"Xander change time zone" or “HELP” to access live support. They can change your time zone at any time.


Q. How do I change my daily start time?
A. Xander will ask what time you would like to start your messages at the end of day one. If you need to change the start time after this point, then text “Xander Change Time,” or "HELP" and live support can adjust the daily start times for you. The earliest you can start is 5 am, and the latest is 10:30 am. We can technically get creative and change the time zone. It is at your discretion whether we decide to change the time zone to accommodate your schedule.


Q. What should I do if I stop receiving my texts from Xander?
A. First, check to see if the 30 days have expired since you purchased Xander, either with a system or individually. Sometimes Xander also stops texting after he is asked a question he does not know. He is always learning, so if he does not have an answer to a question you might ask, he will learn it so that next time he is available to provide the answer. If this happens, you can text "HELP" to reach support to get those texts started back up or call our Member Service department here to get that fixed.


Q. Who should I contact if I have questions about Xander?
A. You can text Xander the word “HELP” to access live support and ask questions about the service. Additionally, you can contact Xyngular Member Service for help with Xander.


Q. When do I get Xander?

A. When purchasing any kit or system. If you purchase more than one kit or system, you will receive a Xander for each! When Xander is purchased individually through the Xyngular back office or over the phone. When Xander is renewed through the Xyngular back office or over the phone.

 

Q. Can I share my Xander access with a friend?
A. We would love for you to share Xander with everyone, but every System comes with only one 30-day Xander subscription, usable with only one phone number. Additional subscriptions can be purchased for $5 through the Xyngular Back Office. 


Q. I am ordering a System, but it is for someone else. How will Xander know to start texting them and not me?
A. When you purchase a System, you will be prompted to add a phone number for Xander to use. Make sure you put in the phone number of the person who will be using the System. Once you complete your purchase, Xander will automatically begin texting the phone number you provided during check out.


Q. Can someone order Xander on a subscription?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot put Xander on subscription.


Q. What do I do if I purchase Xander individually or in a system, but never get a text from him? 

A. If you are ready to start your system but have not received a text from Xander in a little bit, you just need to text START to the number that texted you when you purchased the system, and he will get that started for you. If you accidentally blocked or deleted his number or have never received a text from him, please reach out to our Member Service department and our agents can help you get that going! Q. Can Xander help me calculate my macros?

A. While Xander cannot track macros for you, he is able to walk you through how to calculate them. Just ask “How do I calculate my macros?”


Q. Can Xander give me ideas for recipes or snacks?

A. Xander can send you links to recipes if you need help. Just text something like” Help me find keto recipes” or “How do I plan a low-carb meal?” If you need help with snacks, you can text him something like “high protein snack."


Q. I don’t want to start yet, how do I have Xander start later? 

A. All you would need to do is text Xander "WAIT." 


Q. I want to start on a different day or I am on a different day than Xander thinks. How do I get that adjusted? 

A. This is an easy fix, simply text "Xander change day."
